How it Works.

1. Email CAD file (floor plans and elevations) in either .dwg or .dxf to mikeraap@shaw.ca along with project details any questions you may have, color samples, pictures of color schemes / ideas you like ect...

2. I'll email you back with a quote and time frame.

3. Once given the go ahead I build a 3D model of the 2D plans sent and run it through a rendering engine for a photo realistic look.

4. I email you a digital photo in JPEG file format.

5. You contact me with your thoughts, any changes you would like to make, ect...

NOTE: Due to the variety of computer monitors and printers, combined with the limitations of internet technology, the perception of color varies.

6. For Walkthrough Animations the file is uploaded onto YouTube and you are emailed a link to it. Your webmaster can then use this link to post the video on your project webpage.
